I have spent my entire 40-year career serving & caring for clients, in a way that develops loyalty and long-term relationships.
In 1998 I sold my company, Blue Bell Bio-Medical, and retired from the Healthcare Equipment Industry. During the 31 years I spent in that field, I had the opportunity to travel all over the world, getting to know my clients and their needs. The long-term relationships that were established during those years are priceless to me.
Throughout my career most of my clients have come to me by referral, because of my old fashioned philosophy of caring for clients and exceeding their expectations. Early in my career, someone that I admired taught me that “only first class service is good enough” and that if I adopted that philosophy about the way I served my clients that it would serve me well. That was the best advice I ever received.
As a Realtor®, I have the same desire to care for my clients, as I serve and guide them in one of the most important decisions of their life; buying or selling a home.
You’ll find that I listen well, respect your time and work very efficiently. My particular gifts and experience are in negotiating and marketing which are imperative in the process of buying or selling a home. In order to serve you, to your best advantage, I need to get to know and understand you and your goals. We will spend time doing that at our first meeting. Today’s technology is an amazing help in the selling process and my team utilizes it to the fullest in marketing your home and tracking the transaction.
I also believe in a win-win philosophy. If I exceed your expectations in our relationship, we both win. You maximize your return on the investment you have in your home, the process is a pleasant experience and as a result you are pleased to refer me to your friends and neighbors.
During the 32 years I have lived in the Montgomery County, I have been very involved in the community, serving on several community & non-profit boards. A particular passion for me has been my involvement with Inter-Faith Housing Alliance, a ministry to homeless families, for which I have been honored to receive numerous awards.
I am an active member of New Life Presbyterian Church (PCA), Dresher.
