It is hard to believe that it has been 10 years since that fateful snowy day when you supported us in trying to save our North Wales home sale at closing. To this day we appreciate the professionalism and resolve that you showed as we tried to deal with a hostile buyer who tried to hold us up (for asbestos tile under rugs that they could have pointed out when they had their inspection). 

We walked away and I headed home to Long Island in a big snowstorm, but after fixing the issue, we sold to a lovely young couple, for more money. 

Just wanted to drop a line and once again say thanks for having our back and being the best Realtor we ever had.
