Serving people has always been a passion of mine, and being a licensed Realtor fulfills that passion. Prior to being licensed in 2002, I spent 30 years as a CEO in the healthcare equipment business helping medical personnel and administrators at hospitals nationwide buy the equipment they needed for their patients. Client relationships were vital to my success and required marketing expertise, detailed knowledge of the equipment and process as well as excellent negotiating skills. Those skills were easily transferable to my real estate career.

It’s in my nature to want to do the very best job I can for my clients so I have continued my real estate education by earning six advanced designations.

I love helping others achieve their goals. At our first meeting, we will get to know each other so that I can understand your goals. Hopefully, I will put you at ease and I’m a very good listener so I will quickly understand what your needs are. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes of a real estate transaction and typically clients are very nervous when they are about to make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Buying or selling a home involves a lot of crucial details such as counseling, negotiating and marketing, which my team and I handle very easily with the technology and systems we have in place. I have sold hundreds of homes and many of our past clients have become friends. In fact, most of our business comes from referrals and past clients which is really gratifying to us. We will work hard to ensure a smooth transaction for you, and when we’re rewarded with a referral it re-confirms for us that we have done a good job. 

During the 45+ years I have lived in Montgomery County, I have been very involved in the community, serving on several non-profit boards. A particular passion for me has been a ministry to homeless families, for which I have been honored to receive numerous awards, including the coveted National Association of Realtors "Good Neighbor Award". I have also been voted a Philadelphia Five Star Real Estate Agent for 13 years.

On a personal note, when I’m not helping one of my wonderful clients, you might find me cooking, gardening, playing tennis or golf, competing in ballroom dancing, and spending time with family.
